Operation Information
- Published Rates apply to advance confirmed
reservations only. Rates are subject to availability.
- One to three night reservations per room requires
a one night deposit. More than three nights
per room an additional nights deposit is required.
- Deposit not transferable to future reservations.
Deposit is refundable if a written cancellation is
- received 2 weeks in advance of arrival date.
- A 50% service charge will be assessed on all
refunds. No refunds on unused days or no show, – no
exceptions.
- Inside of 15 days prior to arrival no refunds will
be given.
- Additional Persons: $10.00 per day (packages
additional).
- Sorry NO PETS. nor bikes are allowed in units.
- Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is
before 10am.
- Balance is due upon check in: Cash Visa,
Mastercard or Discover, We do not accept American
Express.
- All efficiencies are equipped with stoves
including ovens.
- Connecting rooms available.
